These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Pep Tech Studios, LLC ("Pep Tech Studios," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of TryLaunchLoop, including trylaunchloop.com and the related application (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, starting a trial, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. What TryLaunchLoop provides
TryLaunchLoop helps founders and product teams turn product and development activity into launch-ready content. The Service may connect to product sources, organize project context, generate and edit written or visual content, schedule approved posts, and publish content through connected channels at your direction.
Features, limits, integrations, and availability may differ by plan, environment, or account. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue a feature as the Service evolves, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password, sign-in methods, connected accounts, recovery methods, and team access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our breach of these Terms.
Notify us promptly at hello@trylaunchloop.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share an account in a way that compromises security or use another person's account without permission.
4. Organizations and teams
Organization owners and administrators may invite members, assign roles, manage projects, control connections, and remove access. If you join an organization, information you add to its shared workspace may be accessible to other members according to their roles.
The organization is responsible for obtaining any permissions needed from its members and for managing access when a person changes roles or leaves. We may rely on instructions from the account or organization administrators recorded in the Service.
5. Connected services
You may authorize TryLaunchLoop to access third-party services such as GitHub, X, Linear, public websites, or other supported sources. You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to connect each account, repository, organization, project, website, or channel and to let us process the selected information.
You grant us permission to access, import, transform, store, and use connected-service information only as reasonably necessary to provide and support the features you request. You can revoke provider access through that provider and remove supported connections in the Service.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, decisions, or changes.
6. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of the product information, source material, text, images, videos, instructions, feedback, and other content you submit or connect to the Service ("Your Content"). You represent that you have the rights needed to provide and use Your Content and that doing so does not violate law, confidentiality, contract, privacy, or another person's rights.
You grant Pep Tech Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transform, display, and transmit Your Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service and to provide the features you request. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except where continued retention is reasonably required for backups, legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution.
Do not submit secrets, production credentials, regulated data, or sensitive information that is unnecessary for the requested feature. You are responsible for reviewing the information and permissions you connect to the Service.
7. AI-generated content
Some features use artificial intelligence to generate, summarize, classify, or transform content. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or similar to content generated for someone else. It is not professional, legal, financial, or other expert advice.
You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before relying on or publishing it, including verifying facts, claims, links, attribution, permissions, and compliance with platform rules and applicable law. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, error-free, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular purpose.
8. Publishing and scheduled actions
TryLaunchLoop only publishes or schedules content through supported channels after an authorized user directs the Service to do so. Publishing depends on the connected provider, approved permissions, account status, platform limits, and provider availability.
You are responsible for the final content, selected audience, timing, connected account, and consequences of anything published through your account. You should confirm important scheduled or published actions in the destination service. We do not guarantee reach, engagement, revenue, audience growth, or any other business result.
9. Plans, trials, and payment
Paid plans, included usage, billing intervals, and prices are shown at checkout or in the Service. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless shown otherwise. You authorize Stripe and Pep Tech Studios to charge the selected payment method for the amounts shown, including applicable recurring charges and taxes.
A trial provides temporary access under the limits shown when it begins. Unless you cancel before a paid subscription starts, the selected plan will renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. Usage limits may reset on the schedule described in the Service and do not represent cash, stored value, or a transferable credit.
You must keep billing information current. If payment fails, we may retry the charge, limit paid features, or suspend the subscription. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, charges already paid are non-refundable and partial billing periods are not prorated.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through Account Settings or the Stripe billing portal made available through the Service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the Service states otherwise. You will retain access to applicable paid features until then, subject to these Terms.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account, organization, projects, connected services, or stored content. Use the available controls or contact us if you also want to request deletion.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- violate law, platform rules, or another person's rights;
- connect, access, or submit accounts, systems, or content without authorization;
- publish spam, deceptive claims, harassment, threats, fraud, or unlawful content;
- upload malware or interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
- probe, scan, test, or bypass access controls without authorization;
- scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access except as permitted by law or by us;
- circumvent plan limits, billing, rate limits, or provider restrictions;
- use the Service to develop or improve a competing model or service through systematic extraction; or
- disrupt the Service or impose an unreasonable load on our systems or providers.
We may investigate suspected misuse and limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, providers, or others.
12. Our intellectual property
Pep Tech Studios and its licensors retain ownership of the Service, software, designs, branding, documentation, templates, and other materials we provide, excluding Your Content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes.
Feedback and suggestions are voluntary. You grant us permission to use feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as its source without permission.
13. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any permissions required for personal information you submit, connect, or direct us to process.
14. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or unavailable because of maintenance, security, provider outages, platform changes, technical problems, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may change features or limits to improve the Service, respond to provider requirements, protect security, comply with law, or manage costs. If a material change adversely affects an active paid plan, we will provide notice when reasonably practical.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, misuse the Service, fail to pay an amount properly due, or if continued operation is no longer practical.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure before termination. We may act immediately when necessary to prevent harm, comply with law, or address fraud or a serious security risk.
Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms—will survive termination.
16. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Pep Tech Studios disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service, generated content, integrations, or third-party services will be accurate, available, secure, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pep Tech Studios and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid us for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pep Tech Studios and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from Your Content, your use of connected services, content you publish, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Onondaga County, New York, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue.
Before filing a claim, each party agrees to give the other written notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using an available small-claims process.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service or legal requirements change. We will update the date at the top and provide additional notice when required by law or when a change is material. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept them.
21. General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. Section headings are for convenience only.
